The latest news to fly in the Microsoft’s CEO announcing “Cloud First, Mobile First”. The four words have immense latent potential to themselves. Mobile applications are being developed as mushrooms in the rain. Almost all the companies have brought in their application based interface.

Satya Nadella, the new bright brain at the helm of market leader Microsoft has announced that Microsoft is delving into the mobile section like before. MS office, one of the best Microsoft has to offer is being now launched as a universal product shifting away from the Windows- governed products.

He stressed that this is being done not as a trade-off strategy but in greater good of the ground reality. The Windows will now be trimmed in line of the requirements of the competition. The model that has been developed by Microsoft will let users to connect from any device and use the applications and available software. The read only versions have been announced as free for all ,while the full access has Office 365 subscription as a mandate. The user interface will be uniform for all the devices.

To many, this commencement is the start of a new wave in the cloud computing and mobile industry. 

Nadella’s example of the Office for Apple is the tip of the iceberg and lot more remain in store which Microsoft will surely unfold gradually. The CEO mentioned that this will help the IT professionals while providing better services to the users and not compromising on the corporate assets.

Cloud computing is a way of life for the next coming decades. It will rule the way computing is done in the times ahead. Cloud computing is the way of flexibility in functioning with abound choices. The reason that all over the world hundreds and thousands of man hours are being invested in its upkeep and more variation that it possesses right now is fulfilling enough to sense its potential. It has enabled a lot of options other than the PC and laptop providing mobility. 

It is expected that the coming times will force many market leaders to give way to multi-platform servicing. This will delineate the stiff competition that the market faces at present and will put forth a level playing field for all.
